DIGITAL CONTENT

Images

Unless specified, images on our website depict fully grown/established plants in a garden setting, not the actual potted plant you will receive. We will provide actual images where possible, and can do so on request.

Prices

Prices frequently change and are only guaranteed as actually displayed on our website at the time of sale or within the applicable date range documented in the written promotion.

Compliants

If you have any problems with our products or service do not hesitate to get in touch with us and talk to any of our staff, through the support and feedback chat on the website or via email at so we have a chance to correct the situation.

Stock Availability

Due to the numerous varieties of plants and sizes in our garden, we may not be able to display all on our website. Therefore, when products are in stock, it means they are likely to come in different sizes and variety. Some products sell out quite fast and might be out of stock before we manage to update our website to reflect that. In such cases, we will notify you by mail.  Some orders require a lot more preparation, which increases the delivery time by a couple of days

Delivery Timeframe

Delivery time-frames
are provided as a guide only. Your exact delivery time will be communicated to you by our sales staff. Your entitlement to refunds is based on our policy on refunds, replacements and returns.
