PROJECT GROW TOGETHER - 1ST EDITION
On January 1st 2021, Green Space launched its first gardening challenge to revive the culture of home gardening in Ghana. The first of its kind as it infused a blend of competition, community building, information sharing and training, all done free for participants to encourage a gardening culture in urban spaces, especially in small spaces. Participants joined mainly from Ghana and received free seeds to encourage them to grow a garden at home.
PROJECT GROW TOGETHER - 2ND EDITION
The 2nd edition of Project Grow Together, running from January to May 2022, outshone its predecessor in both excellence and participation. Characterized by an enhanced experience, this edition introduced a diverse range of activities, an expanded array of crop options, and increased communication-building initiatives sponsored by GreenSpace. The overarching goal of this edition was to offer a more engaging and fulfilling gardening challenge for all participants.
PROJECT GROW TOGETHER - 3RD EDITION
The 3rd edition of Project Grow Together commenced in January 2023, concluding in May 2023. During this cycle, participants cultivated a variety of crops including parsley, peppers, and tomatoes. Noteworthy aspects of this edition encompassed online training sessions and engaging discussions on the challenge platform. The total number of participants exceeded 120, making it a vibrant and successful edition.
