VOLUNTEERING
Programs Coordinator - CSR
Mode: Hybrid
Duration: 6 months – 1 year
Criteria:
- Demonstrated interest in gardening and sustainable practices.
- Strong ability to plan, organize, and coordinate activities and events.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with members and promoting the club.
- Experience in leading groups or projects, with a collaborative and motivating approach.
- Dependable and able to commit to regular participation and responsibilities.
- Familiarity with basic gardening techniques and eco-friendly practices.
INTERNSHIP
Horticulturist - Vegetables
Mode: On-site
Duration: 2 – 6 months
Criteria:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Horticulture, Botany, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in plant cultivation, care, and sustainable gardening practices.
- Understanding of fundamental horticultural principles and techniques.
- Previous experience with gardening or plant care, either through coursework or personal projects, is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, digging, and prolonged standing.
- Punctual, dependable, and able to commit to scheduled hours.
- Open to gaining new skills and knowledge in horticulture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
